Methodology of our Training Sessions

We use the knowledge and insights of Cultural Anthropology to analyze and create the training perfect for the context of your team. Looking through the eyes of an Anthropologist helps us establish a deep understanding of the dynamic complexity of your multicultural setting.
Our team of specialists is trained in the principles of Deep Democracy, which offers an advanced form of facilitation. Through a highly experiential and practical approach, one will gain awareness and experience of group dynamics and decision making. The Lewis Method was developed in post-apartheid South-Africa in order to deal with diversity issues.

A typical training session will draw upon various experiential learning techniques. This means that you learn through doing & reflecting. Interactive exercises, simulations, focused group discussions, and role-playing are part of our approach.

The purpose of anthropology is to make the world safe for human differences
